Role:

The successful candidate will support the establishment and oversight of the Canadian regulated entity as the platform prepares to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the establishment of the Canadian regulated entity
Assist with oversight of Canadian operations in line with regulatory requirements
Work with internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

Senior finance and compliance leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector, operating within highly regulated environments including CIRO/IIROC frameworks.
Proven executive-level expertise (VP/Senior Director) in building, scaling, and overseeing compliance functions within investment dealers and brokerage environments.
Hands-on leader with a track record of establishing and enhancing compliance infrastructure in lean or start-up settings, driving regulatory alignment and operational effectiveness.
We need to hire a current CCO or VP/Director of Compliance that can act as the CCO for their Canadian operations.
