What does a contract search cost?
BJRC Recruiting is a contingent firm: there is no fee to start, and you pay only when we find the right person.
How long does a contract search take?
You get a complete market map and candidate presentation within 5 business days. From there, timing depends mostly on how quickly interviews and approvals move on your side.
What if the contractor does not work out?
Every placement comes with a guarantee, at no charge. Not satisfied? We find you a replacement.
Who actually runs my search?
Brady Jones, Founder and Managing Partner, and Patrick Johnson, Managing Partner, lead our contract searches: Brady for legal and compliance, Pat for finance and accounting.
Do you work in French, in Montreal?
Yes. We recruit from two offices, Toronto and Montréal, and our Montréal team runs searches in French from the first call to the offer. Neda Canario, Senior Vice President, leads our French-language searches. Meet the team.

Contract mandates are rarely advertised: they often start with a call on a Tuesday and someone in the seat the following Monday. Send your CV and say you are open to contract, and we will reach out when something fits.
