Manager, Loan Servicing and Transformation

Our Client

Our client is a Toronto-based lender in the real estate financing space. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Manager, Loan Servicing and Transformation to support the evolution of their servicing function.

This is a leadership role with a mandate to enhance processes, strengthen controls, and support ongoing operational and system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team within the loan servicing function
• Oversee day-to-day servicing activities across lending portfolios
• Support reporting, reconciliations, and operational accuracy
• Drive process improvements and contribute to system-related initiatives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations

Requirements

• Experience within lending, mortgage servicing, or a related environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to mentor others
• Comfort operating in a hands-on, evolving environment
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• CPA or relevant designation is an asset
