Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Provide strategic legal counsel and strong courtroom advocacy in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including:
Contract and employment disputes
Partnership and shareholder conflicts
Class actions
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial litigation
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
