About the Role - Represent clients in complex securities litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, fraud claims, and regulatory investigations. Advocate before courts and regulatory bodies and other governing bodies. Provide strategic legal advice on securities enforcement and compliance matters. Collaborate with senior litigators and work closely with clients, delivering tailored legal solutions. Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discoveries, and hearings.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex securities litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, fraud claims, and regulatory investigations.

- Provide strategic legal advice on securities enforcement and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with senior litigators and work closely with clients, delivering tailored legal solutions.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discoveries, and hearings.
Qualifications -
- 3-5 years post call Litigation experience at a reputable law firm.
- Member of good standing with the LSO.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience handling matters before securities regulators is a strong asset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
